Global Recruitment and Talent Manager

As Global Recruitment and Talent Manager, you will collaborate across all departments to ensure the company’s talent strategy effectively supports its business strategy and focuses on promoting a positive culture of performance and results. You are a natural bridge-builder and confidant, ensuring team members are heard, valued and appreciated. You must use your knowledge and strong bias towards execution in the following areas of responsibility:

 Talent acquisition and retention

  • Actively source, recruit, and hire top talent for teams across the organization including Engineering, Sales, Marketing &, Product
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and managers to create a customized and top of the line hiring process and candidate experience
  • Assess qualified candidates through various portals including LinkedIn campaigns, job postings, referrals, networking, and web sourcing
  • Manage the hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance, including reference checks
  • Manage onboarding & off-boarding processes compliant with ISO/SOC2 standards
  • Work with the management team to create a competitive total rewards program through pay, bonus and benefits 

People Practices

  • Work across organizational lines to help articulate a culture that reflects Severalnines’s core values and global workforce
  • Partner with managers to address performance concerns 
  • Filter, screen, and advocate for internal candidates when relevant roles are opened
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide opportunities for professional development and recognition to high performers. 
  • Design and lead formal and informal feedback, surveying, and benchmarking systems to increase employee retention 

 Key Competencies, Skills, Experience

  • 5+ years in a talent recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Experience recruiting in multiple countries and cultures
  • Ability to build strong and trusting relationships
  • Execution bias coupled with empathy, warmth, and compassion
  • Alignment with company values
